REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Starwoods School strives to maintain transparency in all fee payments.
Fee Payments
Parents and guardians are requested to verify all payment details before completing any online transaction.
Cancellation Policy
Once a fee payment has been successfully completed, it generally cannot be cancelled through the online payment system.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only in accordance with the school’s admission and fee policies.
Refund requests may be considered in circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Excess payment
- Technical transaction errors
- Incorrect payment amount
- Any other case approved by the school management
Non-Refundable Charges
Unless specifically approved by the school management, the following amounts are generally non-refundable:
- Registration Fee
- Admission Fee
- Processing Charges
- Payment Gateway Convenience Charges (if applicable)
Failed Transactions
If your account has been debited but the payment is unsuccessful:
- Please wait 5–7 working days for the bank’s automatic reconciliation process.
- If the amount is not reversed within this period, contact both your bank and the school with your transaction details.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–15 working days and credited to the original payment method, subject to banking procedures.
