The day when you test positive for your pregnancy is the day to start the care for the baby. Surprised! But it’s true. The care for the baby is of paramount importance during this time as this phase is one of the key factors which add to the physical and mental growth of the child when it steps into this world. The doctor’s and elder’s advices play a critical role in the way a mother takes her pregnancy forward.

Timely medication, healthy diet, avoiding junk and aerated drinks, smoking, consumption of alcohol; is a big “NO”. Listening to Geeta, Ramayana or watching any other mythological or pleasant and hilarious TV programs during the pregnancy time which give you a pacifying and calm effect is a big “YES”. These are few pointers to be in your pregnancy check list of things to be kept in mind.

Even if you haven’t paid attention to these factors,

It’s never too late. You can start the process for your baby’s growth the moment you realize it’s high time I should start. Just keep in mind that the baby is the most beautiful gift you have been blessed with, by the almighty. Being a mother is the biggest responsibility. It is abide by 24 X 7 duties, without any holiday, without any pay.

But when a mother sees her entire life’s prayers being answered in a positive manner, growing well and healthy, every pain, every effort is worthy of it.
