The day when you test positive for your pregnancy is the day to start the care for the baby. Surprised! But it’s true. Timely medication, healthy diet, avoiding junk and aerated drinks, smoking, consumption of alcohol; is a big “NO”. Listening to Geeta, Ramayana or watching any other mythological or pleasant and hilarious TV programs during the pregnancy time which give you a pacifying and calm effect is a big “YES”. These are few pointers to be in your pregnancy check list of things to be kept in mind.

It’s never too late. You can start the process for your baby’s growth the moment you realize it’s high time I should start. Just keep in mind that the baby is the most beautiful gift you have been blessed with, by the almighty. Being a mother is the biggest responsibility.
